This is a three layer cinema. The distillery war, love affair and religious customs going in the wind are tucked in this film 'Parie'. The main focus is on a Brahmin boy Bharadwaj (Rakesh) who falls in love with 'Parie' (Nivedhitha) moves to distillery factory of Sumedha (Harshika Poonacha).

Bharadwaj throws his tradition and customs cut off the sacred thread (Janivara) and joins the Lambani troupe where he learns the trick of making liquor. When Lambani troupe leader announces that his daughter Parie marries Valia (Sathya) of the same troupe it is a shock to Bharadwaj. It is a forced marriage for Parie and Bharadwaj leaves the Lambani locality and joins the Sumedha distillery as a worker. He rises to the level of one of the finest Blenders. The experience he gained in making illicit liquor in the camp of Lambani comes to his help.

Sumedha on her 25th birthday falls in love with Bharadwaj but she compromise with her competitor Chandrakanth (Nagakiran) results in another heart break for Bharadwaj.

Hurt with the developments Bharadwaj comes back to meet his father and he has turned mad. Valia and gang on the return of Bharadwaj beat him black and blue. The Lambani leader comes with mentally sick Parie to look at the badly beaten Bharadwaj. It is miraculous come back to Bharadwaj in life for a happy ending cinema.
